SvI Migration enhancements

In preparation for our migration of services from satellite to SvI only transmission in coming months, we’ve now added another transmission site to the complement of servers that will interact with your AMR-100 & AMR-200 receivers.  Depending on local station configurations, the additional service ports and server IP addresses may require modifications to your local network firewall implementation to allow traffic to pass between your AMR(s) and any of our servers. We’d suggest that you ask your local IT technical team to review our recently-updated IP addresses and service ports document and make any local changes necessary to allow continued communications to any of the listed servers/ports.

If your AMR experiences errors accessing our network resources you may need to white-list the enumerated addresses and/or inhibit your firewall from executing intrusion prevention or anti-virus measures on these ports/services.  To prevent disruption to your service, please ensure that outbound connections are allowed to all of the listed IPs and ports.

If we can be of help in troubleshooting or problem mitigation contact us at support@amb-os.com or call our help-desk at 1-877-AMBOS2U (1.877.262.6728)
