IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM AMBASSADOR

“My times are in Your hands …” (Psalm 31:15)And how grateful we are for that reality in the midst of extraordinarily unusual days.  We lean into every word of reminder from Scripture that He is sovereign, that we need not fear, and that we have opportunity now to serve as ambassadors of His grace in ways not previously known.As our good partners in this work, we want you to know that we have made the difficult decision to close Ambassador’s offices immediately through March 31.    We do this in respectful recognition of both local and national health orders.  Obviously, no one can be certain of what will be mandated in days ahead but our hopeful plan will be to reconvene as a full team on Wednesday, April 1.In the meantime, as our partner in ministry, we want you to know the following:

• Program production continues for every organization we serve—in fact, much is being generated specifically to address listener concerns with spiritual encouragement during the crisis.
• In that regard, be sure to access our website for the Coronavirus Tool Kit which is being updated often—it is full of on-air and print resources that we hope you’ll utilize to amplify the messages of hope that are already being provided in regular broadcasts and features.
• If you don’t know already, Ambassador also maintains strong presence in the social streams—it’s a good place to learn the latest:  Follow us on our socials, @AmbassadorTeam (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
• Every Media Strategist on the team will be monitoring email and phone messages; we will continue to interact with stations which is easily afforded by technology.
• Our Amb-OS operation will continue as seamlessly as always.  Should you need assistance, however, note that the best way to get help is to send an email to support@amb-OS.com or call 877-AMBOS2U (877-262-6728).
• We want to assure our partners that there will be no disruption to processing media invoices and making payments.  We have a long and sterling history in timely payment of bills and even the coronavirus can’t change that!  For any Accounting concerns, meantime, please contact:  ap@ambassadoradvertising.com.
• Unfortunately, during our time out of the office, we will not be processing requests for giveaways and other promotional support.  For most stations, these activities have already been put on hold so we trust this won’t present additional disappointment.  Thanks for your understanding.  (As a reminder, however, you can find many generic spots at our FTP site—please use this as an alternative as you are able.)
