Mission Network News files 9/6 have been replaced

All versions of today's Mission Network News (including promo) have been replaced on subscribed satellite AMRs.  The files will be sent to Internet-fed AMRs at the time of their next check-in with our servers (<= 20 minutes.)  The encoding process has been fixed so that no problems are expected going forward - sorry for the inconvenience!
