TUA_TUA1 back to nominal 29:30 run-time

Due to a glitch in production processes the weekend releases of The Alternative programs have been running one minute short at ~28:30.  The ministry has now supplied the correct 29:30 run-time files for 6/23 & 6/30 - future weekend releases should adhere to the 29:30 specification as well.
