Financial Issues with Dan Celia 5/14

Apologies for the problems stations!  Our main and backup TOC-to-Uplink paths suffered outages this morning during the first hour of the live program.  We've now switched to a tertiary backup and will remain on that system until remedial action on the other systems can be accomplished.
