AMR-100/200 Firmware Updated 8/6/2024

We’ve sent new firmware to connected AMR-100 (v2.71) & AMR-200 (v17.48) receivers. AMR-200 code was pushed previously and the AMR-100 update was sent today, Tuesday, 8/6/2024, at approx. 1106 Eastern.  The new code increases the AMR’s efficiency when running in a local network with a “chatty” edge router and adds expanded back-office system debugging capabilities. AMR-100 receivers should automatically re-boot after confirming the firmware update and then resume their normal activity.  If your AMR is playing audio at the time the firmware arrives, the re-flash process will be inhibited until the next minute after the receiver stops audio play-out.  AMR-200 units apply the new firmware without a reboot. Also, in the past few weeks we’ve added another server site to expand our Internet capabilities - now might be a good time to download our transmission details document and review your local firewall configuration with your IT department.
