CRC satellite carrier fade today 1713-1727 eastern

The CRC satellite carrier (where Amb-OS and several other ministries feed programming) on SES2 experienced a sharp fade this afternoon during the 1700 eastern hour..Severe weather in the area of the uplink caused the issue..Apparently the rain rate increased quickly enough to require extra power to be manually dedicated to our feed..The uplink operators will continue to monitor carrier power and adjust as needed.  Apologies for the issue!
