FAMX_FLB5 9/18 custom drop insertion has been fixed

There was an error in today's FamilyLife Blended feature which caused the custom drop insertion to be mis-timed.  A new instruction set has now been sent to subscribed satellite AMRs.  Internet-only AMRs will update at the time of their next check-in with our servers (20 minutes or less.)  Apologies for the issue!
