more namechanges for pre-020 UIs

the few pre-rev-020 UIs out there will soon receive 4 more name changes - the last of this 'round'. for the spanish RBCM pgms CBR1, NPD7, TES5, and for ROWX_ROW5 to ROWX_IBM5.those with UI 020+ have already done these changes.dave
