UI emails may not be working

alas, the emails that the UI sends (eg for missing files or low ebnos, etc) may not be arriving. the ISP i'm using for that changed the rules on their smtp server a week or so ago and stopped accepting the universal, basic 'HELO' command for establishing a session, instead accepting only the EHLO ExtendedHeLO command. a fix is available now in UI rev 019h. and a new rev will shortly be pushed out to everyone as rev 020. dave allen
