Focus weekend changes for 9/6

Focus weekend magazine pgms are changing format beginning 9/6. instead of the magazine format, they will be a pair of daily pgms stuck together. FOTF_FOF1 is still 4-parts. FOTF_W301 (30-min) is now 2 parts instead of 3. FOTF_W451 (45-min) is no more. dave allen Focus Satellite
