WMAG_LIS1 changing push time

Beginning this Friday (May 2, 2014) the weekend Listening In program will change its syndication time from 0400 to 1300 Eastern.  The production cycle for this program has been experiencing delays resulting in programs being delivered after their previous auto-send time.
